Central Bark and COVID-19 UPDATE (5/8/2020)
We will begin to slowly offer limited Barn Hunt and Herding to established students (see below)
May 15th approaches and (thus far) non-essential businesses can begin to restart in New York State.
Here is the COVID 19 RESTART ACTION PLAN for Central Bark. If you participate in classes, lessons, events, seminar or trials, it will be expected that you adhere to them. I currently have the expiration of these expectations as June 30, 2020.
Barn Hunt trials will have additional expectations per BHA. These are subject to change/update at anytime.
I have put together a plan for how to restart as safely as possible and protect customer, facility owner and trainer health. I believe with proper planning and thought we CAN participate safely because:
-we are in a rural low risk area (upstate NY)
-mostly open air facility (fields and open barn)
-small groups or 1 on 1 with minimal and highly managed contact
We all must research this illness, its effects and the risks associated to us and our family for ourselves.
We must make choices as to where and what will we do in light of these risks AND respect the choices of others to also make those decisions for themselves.
I am currently offering a very small selection of activities to established customers in Barn Hunt and Herding (as close proximity instruction is less necessary).
Priority for lessons and activities in Barn Hunt will be given to June Barn Hunt participants. The June Barn Hunt is currently filled, the July 5th POP UP TINY TRIAL just opened.
I am updating class schedules for Herding and Barn Hunt. People on those list will receive a more personalized email with information on re-starting. More offerings (ie introduction lessons for Barn Hunt) shall occur after July 1st.
Thanks in advance. We are all trying our best!
🐾Wishing you health and happiness🐾
